Linda J. Heine

Linda has been residing in New Ulm since 1995 when she joined The Legal Professionals.  She practices exclusively in the area of family law helping clients find a secure and fair division of their financial estate in divorce proceedings.  Linda also assists parents and grandparents to resolve child custody and visitation matters.

Linda was licensed to practice law in 1991 and has been practicing family law since that time.  She grew up in Conger, Minnesota.  She practiced law in Albert Lea for four years before moving to New Ulm.  Although Linda has served as a public defender, her legal experience has always included a substantial practice in family law.  She narrowed her practice to exclusively family law in 1998.

Linda is committed to providing compassionate, practical and cost-effective representation to her clients.  She recognizes the desire of most clients to find a fair resolution to their family disputes, to seek the greatest possible financial security for all parties and to foster healthy family relationships for their children.
